JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner holds P.D.S. license under Salkhua Block within Saharsa district. He has assailed the order dated 11.09.2012, passed in Supply Appeal Case No. 50 of 2008-09, by the Collector, Saharsa.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the order of the appellate authority is revisable before the learned Commissioner.

This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of revision before the learned Commissioner. In case, such revision is filed, the Commissioner would sympathetically condone the delay in filing the revision

Patna High Court CWJC No.16706 of 2013 (4) dt.22-09-2015 2 / 2 application, as the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this Court.

It is expected that the learned Commissioner would dispose of the revision application within a period of four months from the date of its filing.
