Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52545 of 2021(2) dt.24-05-2022 2/3 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018 registered for offences under Sections 308, 341, 323, 325, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise.

Considering the fact that the parties have entered into a compromise and if the petitioners are sent to jail then it will enhance the enmity between the parties, these anticipatory bail applications are allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Nawada, in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 277 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

However, before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioners, the Court below shall verify the veracity of the compromise. If the informant supports the compromise then, the bail bonds of the petitioners shall be accepted by the Court
