The application raises a grievance that the order dated 12.08.2015 passed in MJC No. 1438 of 2013, has been willfully/deliberately disobeyed by the Opposite Parties. I do not find from the said order that any positive direction was issued. In my view, the present application is misconceived. It is accordingly dismissed.
