JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2016 The present MJC application has been filed on behalf of the original writ petitioner raising a grievance that the interim order dated 28.01.2015 passed in CWJC No.18954 of 2014 has been violated by the opposite parties herein. Learned AC to SC-26 appearing on behalf of the opposite party no.1, on the other hand, submits that the aforesaid CWJC No.18954 of 2014 has, now, finally been disposed of as infructuous on 24.07.2015.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid submission. It is well settled principles of law that interim order always merges with the final order.
