It appears that the present contempt application has been preferred against the interim order dated 14.08.2012 passed in CWJC No.13835 of 2012. The writ application has now reached finality and the authorities have complied with the
Patna High Court MJC No.2238 of 2015 (3) dt.02-04-2018 2/2 final order passed in the main writ application. As such, the present application has become infructuous.
It is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to avail any other remedy so as to redress the grievances.
