2. Earlier the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18342 of 2024, due to typographical mistake in the aforesaid order, the name of the father of the Petitioner No. 4 has wrongly been typed as "Late Sundar Singh @ Sunder Singh" instead of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50927 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 "Yogendra Singh", So, the petitioners could not furnish bail bonds before the Court below within the stipulated time.

3. In view of the aforesaid fact, let the name of the father of the Petitioner No. 4 be read as "Yogendra Singh" instead of "Late Sundar Singh @ Sunder Singh".

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners further seeks permission to extent the time for furnishing the bail bonds of the petitioners.

5. In view of the matter, let the time be further extended by four weeks for furnishing the bail bonds/ surrendering before the court concerned from the receipt of this order.

6. Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 20.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 18342 of 2024 is modified to the above extent. (Chandra Prakash Singh, J) Jyoti/- U T
