2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 11.04.2025 passed by learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-II, Sherghati, Gaya in A.B.P. No.SH96 of 2025 arising out of Complaint Case No.744 of 2012.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Cr. Misc. application is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to take steps for early disposal of the case.
