JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 01-11-2018 Considering the prayer made in this writ petition as to retotalling of the marks of the petitioner in State Teachers Eligibility Test held in 2012, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Bihar School Examination Board that in case the answer-sheets of the petitioner pertaining to the Test in question are available the Board will take steps for scrutiny of the answer-sheets on deposit of requisite fee. In the event necessary sheets have been destroyed the Board is required to assign reason for rejecting the claim of the petitioner. Necessary decision in this regard shall be taken by the Board within a period of four months from the date of
