This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Jainagar P.S. Case No. 275 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 452, 376, 511, 34, and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons, three in number, had caught the informant with bad intention and they fled away after alarm having been raised by the informant. The villagers are said to have caught one of them, namely, Mukesh Thakur with his motorcycle on the spot.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the Mukesh Thakur has been granted bail by an order of this court
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23039 of 2016 (2) dt.25-05-2016 2/2 dated 15.03.2016 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 11407 of 2016. Considering the above, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Madhubani, in Jainagar P.S. Case No. 275 of 2015. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutives occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
