The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 165 of 2016 registered under Sections 147,148,149,153,153A,188,341,342,323,435,427,337,338,307,353 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case. Neither specific allegation has been leveled against them nor has anyone sustained injury. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6468 of 2017 (3) dt.19-04-2017 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Singhwara P.S. Case No. 165 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
