The petitioner applied for the post of driver pursuant to advertisement which has been placed on record by way of Annexure 9 of the supplementary affidavit in the office of the District Magistrate, Kaimur. The advertisement is said to be of December, 2015 and it is the petitioner's own case that the process of appointment has still not been completed. Since the petitioner has applied for the post of driver in response to the said advertisement, the selection process will be concluded in accordance with law as per requirement of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13780 of 2015 (2) dt.21-08-2018 2/2 respondent authorities, no direction need be issued in the instant writ petition.

The writ petition is therefore dismissed.
