The petitioner is in custody since 30.09.2016 in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 257 of 2015 for the offence registered under Section 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and the statement of the victim girl made under Section 164 Cr.P.C., it appears that the girl had herself eloped with the said Tej Narayan Singh and the petitioner has not been named by her in the said statement.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
