JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Due to the third wave of COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of Virtual Court proceeding. The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual mode.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the Office, within a period of four weeks after restoration of normalcy.
The earlier bail application filed for grant of anticipatory bail has already been dismissed on merit by a Coordinate Bench of this Court.
Hence, I find no reason to interfere with the earlier
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54116 of 2021(2) dt.04-01-2022 2/2 order dated 09.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46063 of 2018 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in connection with Kotwali (Tilkamanjhi) P.S. Case No. 839 of 2017.
Accordingly, the present application also stands dismissed.
