2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 27 of 2026 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 69, 336(2), 351(2), 352, 3(5) of B.N.S. 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, it has been alleged that the informant got acquaintance with the petitioner, and thereafter love affair started between them. It has been alleged that this petitioner forcibly established physical relationship with her and when the informant requested the petitioner to marry her, he evaded the request. It has further been alleged that a male child was born out of their relationship and thereafter, she became pregnant for the second time. It has further been

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It has further been submitted that the informant is a married lady and she has suppressed the real facts and it has been contended that she was previously married to one Arvind Kumar and her marriage was still in force at the time of alleged relationship between the petitioner and the informant. It has further been submitted referring to Annexure 2 series, which are statement of the bank account of the informant and her treatment at the hospital wherein she described the name of her husband as Arvind Kumar. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 08.05.2026.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Heard the parties and perused the record.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
