JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 25-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have caught by the police, while he jumped from a train, having a lady purse in his hand. The seizure list was prepared but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the seizure list does not disclose the name of the petitioner though the copy of the said seizure list is said to have been handed over to the petitioner. The further submission made on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was caught on mere suspicion and police booked the petitioner in this false case and moreover, the petitioner is in jail custody since 25.12.2015 and does not have

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate (Railway), 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur G.R.P.
