JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 In view of the fact that the State Government has constituted a Pradhikar under the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Nimawali, 2015, by notification No. 972 dated 19.5.2015 for adjudication of all kinds of disputes of Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pradhikar constituted under the aforesaid rule within a period of one

In the event such petition is filed by the petitioner before the Pradhika along with a copy of this order within a period of one month from today, the Pradhikar is required to dispose of the same in accordance with law after condoning the delay, if any, in filing such petition by a reasoned and speaking order and after hearing all concerned at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
