In the counter affidavit, it has been mentioned that decision has been taken to install weigh bridges at Fatuha, Masaudhi, Bihta and Transport Nagar. It is also pointed out that a sum of Rs.9,56,76,400/- is the estimated expenses for which approval has been granted. It is further pointed out that some funds have been disbursed and that the State is committed to provide weigh bridges around the mining sites.
