Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue of termination of the petitioner is pending before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Jehanabad. He submits that in view of the above, the writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State has no objection.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed
Patna High Court CWJC No.5022 of 2014(3) dt.31-07-2018 2/2 of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Jehanabad for redressal of his grievance as to the payment of salary. In case, such appeal is filed by the petitioner within a period of one month from today, the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Jehanabad decide the appeal on its own merit after condoning the delay in filing the appeal in view of the fact that the petitioner was pursuing remedy before this court which remain pending since 2014.
