Petitioner is accused in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 45 of 2019 registered under Sections 366(A), 341 and 504/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is father of co-accused Nitish Kumar, who is the main accused of the present case. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.03.2019.
