2. This writ petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for a direction to the respondent authorities to properly investigate the Satiyasarai P.S. Case No. 36 of 2024 and also to arrest the accused persons involved in this case who are threatening the petitioner.
3. The learned counsel for the State has submitted that in the investigation, some directions have been issued by the Dy.S.P., Sadar, Munger and if those directions are complied with then the case can be properly investigated.

4. In these circumstances, the I.O. of the case is directed to comply with the directions of the Dy.SP, Sadar, Munger. The Dy.S.P., Sadar, Munger will himself supervise the case and will see to it that his directions are complied with by the I.O. of the case and the case is properly investigated.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
