Annexure-3 seems to have been issued on the basis of an earlier adjudication made by the High Court with regard to such kind of disputes. If the said notification, which is under challenge, is a fall out of a judicial order, this Court is not going to dilute the effect of the same by interfering with the order, especially when the petitioner has been very very evasive in bringing all the materials and evidence on record, which led to passing of the order in question.
No interference is warranted in view of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2175 of 2015 dt.05-02-2015 2/2 above.
Writ application is dismissed.
