ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-07-2015 The Petitioner seeks revision of the judgment of conviction dated 25.1.2005 passed by the 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Banka in Criminal Appeal No.40 of 2003, by which he has upheld the conviction and sentence of the Petitioner passed on 29.5.2003 by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Banka in G.R. No.720 of 2000 (Trial No.451 of 2003).

It appears that the Petitioner has already served out the entire sentence. In such circumstances, I am not inclined to go into the merits of the case.
