JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-07-2019 If the petitioner is willing to pay off the dues of the Bank and get release of the vehicle, he will be at liberty to approach the competent authority of the Bank within a period of seven days from today with a proper application and there upon the Bank shall consider the same within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of the application. It will be open for the Bank to impose such condition/conditions as may deem just and proper in accordance with the agreement and in accordance with law for purpose of release of vehicle.
