Mr. Kamleshwar Kumar, GP 17 Mr. S.K.Ranjan, AC to GP 17 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Counsel for the respondent State.

This writ petition has been filed with a prayer that the respondents be directed to consider the petitioners' claim for regularisation as they had been working for the purpose of spraying DDT at various places since long.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State stating that the panel of DDT Sprayers has been prepared by the Deputy Collector (Establishment) Banka under Memo

Patna High Court CWJC No.22429 of 2014(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 No. 1940 dated 18.6.2015, wherein the petitioners' name figure at serial Nos. 91, 95 and 149 and that their claim for regularisation would be considered from the said panel as per their own merit.

In view of such stand taken by the respondents in the counter affidavit and considering the fact that the process of consideration for regularisation is ongoing, no further order need be passed in the instant proceeding.

This Court would only observe that interest of justice demands that the process of regularisation may be completed expeditiously.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid observation.
