In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016 registered for offences under section 365 of the Indian Penal Code. An allegation has been made that the victim girl used to go along with the petitioner for cutting grass. On the fateful day, the petitioner left the victim along with a boy. In the statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, she has stated that the boy has not committed any wrong with her. The victim girl was recovered and showed her willingness to go to the house of her parents.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23560 of 2016 (2) dt.30-05-2016 let the petitioner, namely, Ruby Devi, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Belchhi P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016.
