ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 22-07-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that though petitioner has given the

Patna High Court CWJC No.10627 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/3 representation dated 09.05.2023 (Annexure P/7) to the concerned authorities regarding the non-payment of the fourth installment of the subsidy amount due to the petitioner under the Integrated Food Processing Scheme, the authorities are yet to take a decision and make the necessary payments. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that it would suffice for the moment if the authorities are directed to dispose of the said representation duly taking into consideration the earlier payments made to the petitioner.

Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2, i.e., the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Industries, Government of Bihar, Patna, to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. In case the claim made by the petitioner is found to be genuine, the authority shall make necessary the necessary payment. However in case the authority comes to the conclusion that the claim made by the petitioner is liable to be rejected, he shall pass a reasoned orders giving the reasons for such rejection. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be
