JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 05-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019, G.R. No. 744 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 and Sections 272, 273 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

In the instant case 180 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 14.4.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand)
