The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 64 of 2021 dated 19.03.2021 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-B) a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The case of the petitioner is that he was not involved in the present case. However, it is not stated that fire arms have been used and the petitioner ran away from the place of incident and was recognize by others. There is also recovery of country made pistol.

In view thereof, no case of anticipatory bail is made
