The present case has been filed for directing the respondent authorities for further investigation and to conduct the inquiry properly in respect of Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 404 of 2020 lodged under Sections 341, 323 and 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this view of the matter, this criminal writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to file representation before the Superintendent of Police, Gopalganj, in the light of the order passed by the coordinate Bench in
