JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-04-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since in the counter affidavit, a stand has been taken that charge has already been handed over by the respondent no.5 to the petitioner herein as well as the petitioner has been transferred by an order dated 24.11.2014, the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition, however, it is prayed that the petitioner be granted liberty to agitate his grievances before the competent authority by filing a representation.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner
