The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 07.12.2016 by which it is ordered that if the petitioner fails to deposit Rs. 3,84,938.75 within six weeks from the date of this order the court below shall cancel the bail bond of the petitioner immediately thereafter.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the PACS Chairman and he has already supplied the entire paddy to the miller for providing CMR to BSFC, but from perusal of the order dated 07.12.2016, it appears that the petitioner, himself, undertook to deposit Rs. 3,84,938.75 within six weeks and on that undertaking the petitioner was granted
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1337 of 2017 (2) dt.01-03-2017 2/2 anticipatory bail. Now the petitioner prayed to relax the condition of depositing the aforesaid amount.
Considering the facts aforesaid, I do not find any reason to modify the order aforesaid. Accordingly, this modification petition is dismissed.
