Petitioner is in custody in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019 for the offence under sections 272 and 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 135 liters of Nepali country made liquor was seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21.5.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42406 of 2019(2) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned learned IInd Additional District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge Excise Act, Madhubani, in connection with Jainagar P.S. Case No. 255 of 2019.
