The Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Madhepura P.S. Case No.618 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 47(a) (g) of the Bihar Excise Act. It has been submitted that the name of this petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused, who were apprehended by the police, along with liquor in the ALTO car.

From the written report, it appears that two persons, namely, Rohit Kumar and Md. Mister were apprehended by the police sitting in the car and foreign liquor were recovered as mentioned in the seizure list. They disclosed the name of this petitioner as working for him.

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No.618 of 2016, he shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
