2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B) and 20134 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 187 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated merely because he happens to be the husband of the deceased and there is no specific accusation against him in the FIR. The accusation is general and omnibus in nature. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
