JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-10-2018 Mr. Mahesh Narayan Parbat, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners sought leave to withdraw the present application in view of the provisions prescribed under Section 83(9) of the Waqf Act, 1995 and the decision rendered by this Court in the matter of Md. Wasiur Rahman & Anr Vs. The State of Bihar through the Collector, Sitamarhi & ors. [2018(3) PLJR 222] with liberty to challenge the order dated 28.02.2018 passed by the Bihar Waqf Tribunal, Patna in E.A. No. 6 of 2014 by way of filing a revision application before this Court. Leave is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforestated.
