JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-11-2018 Mr. Binod Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the substantial grievance of the petitioners has been redressed and as such he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to raise unredressed grievance by filing representation before the appropriate authority.
In view of the above, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to agitate the matter by way of filing representation before the appropriate authority so far as unredressed grievance of the petitioners is concerned. The court hope and trust that in case such
