In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Special P.S. Case No. 20 of 2016, arising out of Purnea Police Station Case No. 111 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 384 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 7/13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he was demanding bribe of Rs.100-200 for granting permission to use vehicle in the election Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the police has made search of the petitioner at 2:15 pm. but nothing was

He has drawn attention to the letter of the Block Development Officer dated 18.04.2016, where the complaint has been made that he was forcibly wanting permission for use of another vehicle in the election. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10, 000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge Vigilance-II-cum-Additional District and Sessions Judge, IV, Patna, in connection with Special P.S.
