In this appeal compromise petition has been filed but in the compromise petition for the respondent Mr. Sanjay Kumar Ojha, Advocate signed, who has filed fresh power, but has not obtained 'No objection certificate' from the previous Advocate. Today no one has turned up on behalf of the respondent. Under the circumstances, compromise petition on behalf of both the parties dated 02.08.2016 is hereby accepted and this appeal is disposed of on the terms of compromise.
