This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For trivial dispute the petitioner allegedly assaulted with a bat causing injury at the head of Ankit Kumar. The doctor has found head injury caused by hard and blunt substance.

Considering the fact that the petitioner had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Katihar (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 158 of 2017 pending in the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is refused.
