The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rahui P.S. Case No.247 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that there is a case and counter case between both sides. He also submits that the accusation of firing is made against the petitioner but no one has sustained gunshot injury. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Case No.247 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
