JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 28-04-2015 Neither the authorities of the State will take a decision on the prayer made by the petitioner as far back as on 26.02.2014, which will be evident from Annexure-7 series, which is addressed to respondent no. 3, the Joint Director, Agriculture nor will the respondents file any counter affidavit despite a long adjournment.

This Court is left but no option to direct the Director, Agriculture now to take a decision on the claim of the petitioner by taking cognizance of the Annexue-7/1 within a period of 10 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and communicate the outcome thereto to the petitioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3340 of 2015 (3) dt.28-04-2015 The Director is also directed to take appropriate action against the concerned authorities for not taking decision on the application of the petitioner as well as non filing of counter affidavit before this Court.
