JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-01-2023 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Suryagarh (Manikpur) P.S. Case No. 199 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, in Kavadpur PACS, the deposit scheme was conducted. Ex-chairman of the PACS, co-accused Kundan Kumar and ex-Manager, the petitioner fled away with the collected money.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is retired from the post of Manager of the PACS. He has

On the other hand, the learned Addl.P.P. has submitted that the depositors have stated in paragraph Nos. 8, 9, 29, 39, 49 and 50 that the petitioner and other accused had misappropriated the deposited money and they fled away. In my view, it is not a fit case for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, it is rejected. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
