2. The appellants apprehend their arrest in Birpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 379, 427, 504, 506, 354 of the Indian Penal Code and 3(I) (r) (s)/ 3(2)/ (va) pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge SC/ST (POA) Act, Begusarai.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal.
4. Permission is granted.
5. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. However, if the appellants surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass order on the same day in accordance with law considering the fact that appellants have no criminal antecedent.
