2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was married with the daughter of the informant (deceased) on 06.06.2022. Thereafter, it is alleged that the petitioner has assaulted and killed the deceased for dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case when the deceased committed suicide. Petitioner is in jail since 03.09.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47092 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 prayer for bail.

6. Considering the fact that the marriage was solemnized on 06.06.2022 and the deceased was killed soon thereafter, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
