====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Wazirganj P. S. Case No. 243/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 333, 166, 216 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, all the F.I.R. named accused persons created hindrance in performing the official duty and also took away this petitioner from police custody after pelting stones on them.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation of assaulting police officials is general and

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P. S. Case No. 243 of 2024.
