I.A. Nos. 6853 and 6854 of 2016 have been filed by the opposite party Nos. 5 and 6 praying for exemption of their personal appearance for today on account of their being deputed for flood relief work. It is further stated in the said interlocutory

Patna High Court MJC No.687 of 2015 dt.24-08-2016 2/3 applications that the order under contempt has been complied with by paying the entire arrears of salary for 88 months for the period from December, 1988 to March, 2016 to the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the Opposite Party Nos. 5 and 6 are exempted from personal appearance for today.

I.A. Nos. 6853 and 6854 of 2016 are, accordingly, disposed of.

Two show causes have been filed respectively on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos. 5 and 6 and in both of which the same facts have been stated regarding the petitioner having been paid the entire salary of 88 months for the period from December, 1988 to March, 2016 in terms of the order under contempt and thus the order under contempt has been complied with.

It is submitted by learned Government Advocate No. 3 that the salary for the months of April, 2016 onwards have not been paid to any employee as the same is awaiting grants from the Central Government.

It is also submitted that the names of the Block Development Officers and the Block Education Extension Officers posted during the period has also been supplied in the

Patna High Court MJC No.687 of 2015 dt.24-08-2016 3/3 show causes filed.
