JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-03-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in Complaint Case No. 1127 of 2012, disclosing offences under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that in the light of the undertaking earlier given, a demand draft of Rs. 1,50,000/- has been deposited in the court below and for the rest of the amount i.e. Rs. 1,00,000/-, a demand draft has already been prepared to be deposited in the court below. Considering the above statement made on behalf of the petitioner, this application is allowed. The provisional bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24059 of 2018(6) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 granted by this Court to the petitioner on 25.04.2018 stands confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No.1127 of 2012. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
