JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the District Appellate Authority, Vaishali at Hajipur, challenging the order contained in Memo No. 6363 dated 29.09.2012 (Annexure-13) passed by the District Education Officer, Vaishali, which is under challenge, in this writ application.
Permission is accorded.
The petitioners shall file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of
Patna High Court CWJC No.23672 of 2012 (2) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period, in accordance with law.
