Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- That this is an application for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus for direction directing the respondents to pay the petitioner admitted dues amounting to Rs. 68000/- as well as Rs. 1,73,674/- under the head of deduction from the bill and the security deposit and further for direction directing the respondents to pay Rs. 2,41,674/- to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11691 of 2022 dt.24-08-2022 2/3 petitioner on the basis of contractual work allotted to the father of the petitioner bearing Agreement No. 14/SBD/2009-10 with interest and for any other relief or reliefs be granted to petitioner as your lordships may deem fit proper in the facts and circumstances of case.

After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not to be in favour with the submissions made across the Bar, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to take recourse to such other remedies, as are otherwise available, in accordance with law.

Permission granted.

We are sure that as and when any such proceedings are initiated, before the appropriate forum/Tribunal, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.

Needless to add, period for which the petitioner has been pursuing the matter before this Court, shall be excluded for the purpose of computing limitation.

It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits. All issues are left open.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with
