JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court by an order dated 09.04.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.36947 of 2014. The petitioners did not surrender in compliance of the aforesaid order. The instant petition has been filed for modification of the aforesaid order for surrender of the petitioners.

This Court does not find any justifiable reason to modify the aforesaid order. The prayer is, accordingly, rejected. The petitioners may surrender in the court below and make prayer for regular bail.
